If you choose to join us, a registration fee is required to hold your child’s spot.

We accept children from 12months to 72 months.

  • Infants (12-18 months): 1 educator for every 4 infants. This ensures close supervision and individualized attention to support emotional and physical needs.
  • Toddlers (19-35 months): 1 educator for every 6 toddlers, fostering independence and social skills while providing proper guidance.
  • Children (36-54 months): 1 educator for every 8 children, allowing for collaborative play and guided learning experiences.
  • Children (55-72 months): 1 educator for every 10 children, supporting cognitive development, teamwork, and structured learning activities.

These ratios help ensure a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for each child.

Currently, we are only able to offer full-time care. Due to educator scheduling and the guidelines set out by the Affordability Grant, it’s challenging for us to accommodate drop-in or part-time spaces.

If your child is feeling unwell, they must stay home until they are symptom-free for at least 24 hours. This helps keep everyone in our centre healthy and safe.

If your child will be absent for any reason, please let us know as soon as possible.

We take all allergies and special dietary needs seriously. Please inform us in advance about any allergies, dietary restrictions, or health concerns your child may have so we can ensure their safety.

We believe in open communication with parents. You’ll receive regular updates on your child’s activities and progress through [methods like daily reports, emails, parent-teacher meetings, etc.]. We are also available to speak with you directly if you have any questions or concerns.

We understand that sometimes delays happen. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Our policy is to charge a late fee if children are not picked up by [insert time]. This helps us manage staff scheduling and ensures we can care for all children properly.
